96,20% of this year's Enea 5150 Warsaw finishers would recommend the event to their friends. What else have we learned from the post-race survey?
The athletes pointed out several features which appealed to them most, including event location, race course and general atmosphere on the race day. Very high rates have also been assigned to the finish line experience, security and start procedure which was changed to rolling start this year.
- We are more than happy to see the athletes appreciate our level of security. This has always been our priority and also the main reason why we introduced rolling start procedure – says Piotr Jakóbik, Marketing Director at Sport Evolution. - When you combine this with the fact that they simply felt good at Enea 5150 Warsaw and over 96% of them would recommend the race to their friends, I can also say 'big thanks' to all our staff, volunteers, city authorities and sponsors as it seems we met the expectations of our demanding customers – he adds.
Athletes' satisfaction survey was based on a standardized template used at all the IRONMAN-branded events. 250 finishers of Enea 5150 Warsaw shared their opinions with the overall satisfaction score amounting to 94,10%.
- No way we will rest on laurels now. Beside all the positive feedback, the survey also showed there are some areas where we can improve and we are pretty aware of that. We appreciate and take into account every single opinion and will do our best to get even better next year – promises Piotr Jakóbik.
Enea 5150 Warsaw took place on June 11 with 1000 athletes on the start. Agnieszka Jerzyk (POL) and Aliaksandr Vasilevich (BLR) claimed victories, both breaking the course record.
